Powder Coating has been around since the late 1960's. It is still used primarily by new part manufacturers who desire a more scratch resistant and environmentally friendly alternative to liquid based paints. It is no wonder why powder coat finishes look so factory fresh and professional. Today, powder coating makes great sense because of the superior finish, durability, and wide variety of colors and textures available. Over 500 to be exact! So, from motorcycles and automotive parts to plumbing fixtures and nearly any kind of metal, call Custom Powder Coaters. We will work with you to ensure you get the look that you want. There are different powders for different applications. The polyester and TGIC polyester powders offer great interior/exterior applications. They also have the shiniest gloss and greatest special effects. For an application that demands more durability, step up to a new line of super durable powder. For more chemical resistance, utilize a polyester/urethane. Epoxies are extremely durable and smooth with excellent chemical resistance. Hybrid powders... The high temperature powder line is high in silicon and withstands temperatures up to 1500 F. We use all different kinds of powders to meet the demands of the part to be finished. Remember, it is important for the finish to look great and last a long time.
